
Merge & Ross University Division maintains compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation requirements. Our programs are approved by the U.S. Department of Education, Texas Workforce Commission, and Texas Real Estate Commission. We are actively pursuing regional accreditation through SACSCOC.




Merge & Ross University Division is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as an eligible institution for Title IV federal student aid programs, including Pell Grants, Direct Loans, and Federal Work-Study.

All workforce development and continuing education programs are approved by the Texas Workforce Commission under the Career Schools and Colleges division. TWC approval ensures programs meet Texas labor market needs.

All real estate pre-licensing and continuing education courses are approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission under the Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1101. TREC approval is required for courses to count toward the Texas Sales Agent and Broker license.
Merge & Ross University Division is pursuing regional accreditation through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), the regional accrediting body for degree-granting institutions in the southern United States.
The Accounting and Business Administration programs are pursuing AACSB accreditation, the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. AACSB accreditation signals that a school meets the highest standards of excellence in teaching, research, and curriculum development.
The Public Administration programs are pursuing NASPAA accreditation, the global standard in public service education. NASPAA accreditation ensures that graduates are prepared for leadership in public service, nonprofit, and government sectors.
Merge & Ross University Division holds a Certificate of Authority from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to operate as a degree-granting institution in the state of Texas.

Merge & Ross University Division has adopted the curriculum framework of Texas Southern University (TSU), a historically Black university (HBCU) located in Houston, Texas. TSU's curriculum is enhanced with Harvard Business School case study methodology, creating a uniquely rigorous academic experience.
